因此本研究通过构建结构方程模型，探讨心理韧性在儿科护士工作场所暴力和工作退缩行为间的中介作用，从而为护理管理者降低儿科护士工作退缩行为的管理决策提供一定的参考和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Therefore, this study explores the mediating role of psychological resilience between workplace violence and work withdrawal behavior among pediatric nurses by constructing a structural equation model, thereby providing certain references and bases for nursing managers to make management decisions aimed at reducing work withdrawal behavior of pediatric nurses.

1.进修、轮岗、实习护士及调查期间处于非在岗状态的护士，如产假、病假、休假等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nurses who are on further study, job rotation, or internship, as well as those in non-service status during the survey period, such as maternity leave, sick leave, or annual leave.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用问卷星编制电子问卷，生成问卷二维码。由研究小组成员通过微信及电话等方式联系医院护理部护士长，并由护士长将各问卷下发给各科室，研究对象可以通过扫描二维码的方法匿名填写问卷。问卷答题前，向护士说明本次研究目的及填写说明，强调此次调查的匿名性和保密性，问卷所有题目均设置成必答题，而且每个IP仅供填答一次。问卷回收后双人核验数据并剔除无效问卷（如答题时间＜180s或答案呈明显规律性）。此次调查共在线收回380份问卷，其中有效问卷367份，问卷有效率为96.6%。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The electronic questionnaire was developed using Wenjuanxing, and a QR code for the survey was generated. Members of the research team contacted the head nurses of the hospital nursing departments via WeChat and phone calls. The head nurses then distributed the questionnaires to various departments. Participants could anonymously complete the questionnaire by scanning the QR code.。Before answering the questionnaire, nurses were informed of the research purpose and instructions for completion, with emphasis on the anonymity and confidentiality of the survey. All questions in the questionnaire were set as mandatory, and each IP address was only allowed to submit one response.。After the questionnaires were collected, two researchers independently verified the data and excluded invalid responses (e.g., completion time < 180 seconds or answers showing obvious patterns). A total of 380 questionnaires were submitted online, of which 367 were valid, resulting in a valid response rate of 96.6%.
