研究目的：

本研究目的是应用床旁超声探测不同渗透压溶液对患者胃动力学的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to detect gastric motility in patients with different osmotic solutions by ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.选择符合本次研究条件的患者90名，随机分为低渗组、等渗组、高渗组，每组30名，所有参与患者饮入液体前要求禁食6小时，禁饮2小时。 .低渗组：饮入300ml纯净水。 .等渗组：饮入300ml 5%GS。 .高渗组：饮入300ml 10%GS。 2.采用床旁超声探测患者饮入碳水化合物后30分钟、60分钟、90分钟、120分钟这4个时间点的胃内容物残留量。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Three types of different osmotic solutions（pure water, 5% glucose solution, and10% glucose solution） were prepared in volume (300 ml). The gastric volume of each solution was determined by ultrasound measurements of the gastric antral cross- sectional area at 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes after their ingestion by 90 Patients.All participants were fasted solid food for 6 hours,fasted liquid for 2 hours before their ingestion

排除患者的标准：糖尿病患者、神经系统疾病患者、拒绝参与研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetic patients, patients with neurological diseases, and patients who refused to participate in the study.
