研究目的：

探讨苯磺酸瑞马唑仑复合阿芬太尼用于老年患者纤维支气管镜检查术保留自主呼吸麻醉的安全性和有效性，并建立临床无痛纤支镜检查的最佳镇静/麻醉方案，为临床工作提供更多的理论依据并指导临床。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in anesthesia with preserved spontaneous breathing for fiberoptic bronchoscopy in elderly patients, establish the optimal sedation/anesthesia protocol for clinical painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and provide more theoretical basis and clinical guidance for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有心肌梗死或严重心律失常； 2.严重的肝肾功能不全； 3.既往有异常手术麻醉恢复史； 4.在术前24小时使用了镇静药、镇痛药； 5.疑似困难气道患者； 6.对试验相关药物过敏或有禁忌症； 7.不能正常沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of myocardial infarction or severe arrhythmia; 2.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3.Previous history of abnormal recovery from surgery or anesthesia; 4.Administration of sedatives or analgesics within 24 hours prior to surgery; 5.Patients with suspected difficult airway; 6.Allergy to study-related drugs or presence of contraindications to such drugs; 7.Inability to communicate normally.
