研究目的：

通过回顾性分析，研究液压旋转推进法上颌窦提升种植后骨体积的变化及影响因素分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of bone volume and its influencing factors after maxillary sinus elevation with hydraulic rotating propulsion technique through retrospective analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颌面部放疗、注射双膦酸盐或地诺单抗治疗史的患者； 2.近6个月内有心脏病发作者； 3.经口腔卫生指导仍不能保持口腔卫生，依从性不良者； 4.曾在当前部位行种植体植入或骨增量手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of maxillofacial radiotherapy, injection of bisphosphonates or denosumab; 2.patients with heart attack in the past 6 months; 3. Unable to maintain oral hygiene after oral hygiene guidance, poor compliance; 4.previous implant or bone augmentation surgery at the current site.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集：影像学相关数据从CBCT软件中获取，其他由病例记录表及临床采集获取 数据管理：使用病例记录表+基于互联网的 EDC系统进行管理
