研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证一个适用于冠心病患者的、数智赋能的整合性自我管理干预方案，并探索其作用机制。具体目标包括以下两个方面： 1.调查与分析冠心病患者自我管理行为的影响因素及机制： 通过定量和定性研究方法，系统评估患者的自我管理行为水平，并深入探索影响患者自我管理行为的多维度因素及其相互作用机制，为构建精准干预方案提供全面、深入的实证依据。 2.开发自我管理干预方案并验证其有效性： 基于上述影响因素及作用路径的研究，构建一个数智赋能、多元化的“身心灵社”整合性自我管理项目，并通过实证研究验证该方案在提升患者服药依从性、改善自我管理能力、优化临床结局及提升生活质量等方面的综合有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and validate a digital-enabled integrated self-management intervention program for patients with coronary heart disease and explore its mechanism of action. The specific objectives include the following two aspects: 1. Investigate and analyze the influencing factors and mechanisms of self-management behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease: Through quantitative and qualitative research methods, systematically assess the level of self-management behaviors of patients and deeply explore the multi-dimensional factors influencing their self-management behaviors and their interaction mechanisms, providing comprehensive and in-depth empirical evidence for the construction of a precise intervention program. 2. Develop a self-management intervention program and verify its effectiveness: Based on the research of the above influencing factors and action paths, construct a digital-enabled, diversified "body-mind-spirit-social" integrated self-management project, and verify the comprehensive effectiveness of this program in improving patients' medication adherence, enhancing self-management ability, optimizing clinical outcomes, and improving quality of life through empirical research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有难以治愈或其他终末期疾病合并的末期心脏病（包括心力衰竭）者；
2. 处于妊娠期、哺乳期的患者；
3. 3个月内有抗生素使用的患者；
4. 患者配合度低，或者拒绝继续参加本项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with incurable or other terminal diseases combined with end-stage heart conditions (including heart failure);
2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
3. Patients who have used antibiotics within the past 3 months;
4. The patient shows low cooperation or refuses to continue participating in this program.
