研究目的：

1.通过纵向研究调查结直肠癌患者不同阶段的经济毒性水平，识别经济毒性的变化轨迹。 2.采用潜变量增长混合模型（LGMM）探究结直肠癌患者自出院时至出院后6个月的经济毒性变化轨迹，分析不同类别患者群体的经济毒性变化趋势和相应的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the levels of financial toxicity in patients with colorectal cancer at different stages through a longitudinal study and identify the trajectory of changes in financial toxicity. 2.To explore the trajectory of changes in financial toxicity in patients with colorectal cancer from discharge to 6 months after discharge using the Latent Growth Mixture Model (LGMM), and analyze the change trends of financial toxicity and corresponding influencing factors among different patient groups.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤或结直肠癌伴远处转移的患者； 2.患有精神疾病、认知功能障碍、存在严重听力及视力障碍者； 3.同时参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concurrent malignant tumours or colorectal cancer with distant metastases; 2. Individuals with psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, or severe hearing and visual impairments; 3. Concurrent participation in other studies.
