研究目的：

主要目的：探究眼动训练结合常规物理治疗对慢性非特异性颈痛患者的临床疗效 次要目的：探究眼动训练对植物神经功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of eye-movement training combined with conventional physical therapy in patients with chronic non-specific neck pain. Secondary objective: To explore the effects of eye-movement training on autonomic nervous system function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）认知功能障碍及上运动神经元损伤者； （2）影响HRV的病症或药物（每天使用止痛、类固醇、β阻滞剂或抗抑郁等药物）； （3）BMI＞30； （4）合并严重心肺疾病和感染性疾病； （5）曾接受过颈椎手术； （6）疼痛由肿瘤、结核、骨折等原因造成； （7）怀孕、生命体征不稳者； （8）慢性眼科疾病； （9）拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive impairment or upper-motor-neuron lesions. (2) Conditions or medications known to alter heart-rate variability (daily use of analgesics, corticosteroids, β-blockers, antidepressants, etc.). (3) Body-mass index > 30. (4) Severe cardiac or pulmonary disease, or any acute infectious disease. (5) Previous cervical-spine surgery. (6) Pain attributable to tumour, tuberculosis, fracture, or other specific pathology. (7) Pregnancy or unstable vital signs. (8) Chronic ocular disease. (9) Refusal to sign the informed-consent form.
