评估24小时内多次与单次送检痰培养对ICU重症HAP患者临床预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Effect of Multiple Compared to Single Sputum Culture Specimens Submitted within a 24-Hour Period on Clinical Prognosis in Critically Ill Patients with Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia in the Intensive Care Unit.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除其他非院内肺部感染原因的机械通气 2.ICU住院时间小于2天 3.未经授权的病例或不符合研究伦理审查标准的病例 4.若病人在研究期间内多次入院，只入选首次入ICU的入院的数据进行分析，排除其他

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion of mechanically ventilated patients with non-hospital-acquired pulmonary infections. 2.Intensive Care Unit (ICU) length of stay less than 2 days. 3.Cases without authorization or failing to meet ethical review standards for research. 4.For patients with multiple hospitalizations during the study period, only data from the first ICU admission were included for analysis, with subsequent admissions excluded.
