Objectives of Study：

To identify critical prenatal exposures affecting maternal and infant health and to discover early warning biomarkers for adverse pregnancy outcomes and offspring neurodevelopmental disorders, thereby paving the way for early intervention strategies.

排除标准：

1.多胎妊娠； 2.合并严重肝肾疾病、癌症等基础疾病； 3.无法配合完成规范的数据调查与生物样本采集；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Multiple pregnancies; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases, cancer and other underlying diseases; 3. Unable to cooperate in completing standardized data surveys and biological sample collection;
