研究目的：

主要目的：通过MRI定量评估，探究倒悬推拿疗法对巨大/破裂型腰椎间盘突出症患者突出椎间盘体积、Pfirrmann分级的影响，证实其促进椎间盘重吸收的疗效。 次要目的：评估该疗法对患者临床症状（通过Oswestry功能障碍指数ODI、视觉模拟评分法VAS）的改善作用，并记录治疗过程中的不良事件以评估其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To quantitatively evaluate, via MRI, the effect of Inverted Traction Manipulation on the volume and Pfirrmann grade of herniated discs in patients with massive/ruptured lumbar disc herniation, and to confirm its efficacy in promoting disc resorption. Secondary Objectives: To assess the therapeutic effect of this intervention on clinical symptoms (measured by the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)), and to record adverse events during the treatment course to evaluate its safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床症状非常严重，改行手术治疗者； 2.合并消化系统、高血压或冠心病等心血管系统、造血系统严重原发性疾病及精神疾病； 3.哺乳期或妊娠期妇女； 4.合并有脊柱椎体骨折、脊髓肿瘤及非腰椎间盘突出因素造成压迫症状者； 5.依从性差，无法来本院复诊，无法进行MRI检查及影像资料保存不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with very severe clinical symptoms who require surgical treatment; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of the digestive system, cardiovascular system such as hypertension or coronary heart disease, hematopoietic system, or mental illnesses; 3. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 4. Patients with spinal vertebral fractures, spinal tumors, or compression symptoms caused by factors other than lumbar disc herniation; 5. Patients with poor compliance who cannot return for follow-up at this hospital, cannot undergo MRI scans, or have incomplete imaging records.
