通过AI技术将即刻种植及延期种植CBCT中的牙齿、牙槽骨及种植体进行智能识别及分割,并通过计算机方法三维量化种植前后牙槽骨的变化。  

Objectives of Study:

AI-based intelligent identification and segmentation of teeth, alveolar bone, and implants in CBCT images of immediate and delayed implant cases, followed by computerized 3D quantification of alveolar bone changes before and after implantation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.CBCT 图像显示不可接受的牙槽骨吸收、牙周炎、拥挤、牙根骨折、根尖切除、根尖周病变或其他病理表现; 2.CBCT 图像由于正畸治疗、金属修复或其他原因而表现出严重的扭曲或散射伪影。

Exclusion criteria:

1.CBCT images show unacceptable alveolar bone resorption, periodontitis, crowding, root fracture, apical resection, periapical lesions or other pathological manifestations.
2.CBCT images show severe distortion or scattering artifacts due to orthodontic treatment, metal restoration or other reasons.

通过基于人工智能(AI)的自动化分析流程,对术前(T0)和种植术后 6 个月(T1)的 CBCT 影像进行牙齿、牙槽骨及种植体的智能识别与分割,利用计算机图形学算法计算感兴趣区(ROI)内牙槽骨的三维体积,进而得到体积变化量(ΔBV)和体积变化率(ΔBV%)。

Preoperative (T0), 6 months after implantation (T1)

Measure method:

Alveolar bone volume was calculated using an AI - based automated analysis pipeline. First, teeth, alveolar bone, and implants in CBCT images taken preoperatively (T0) and 6 months after implantation (T1) were intelligently identified and segmented. Then, the three - dimensional volume of alveolar bone within the region of interest (ROI) was computed using computer graphics algorithms. Finally, the volume change (ΔBV) and volume change rate (ΔBV%) were derived.
