研究目的：

1. 建立膀胱癌综合治疗（化疗、免疫治疗、抗体偶联药物治疗. 专病队列及多组学大数据库； 2. 解析膀胱癌综合治疗耐药的分子机制，鉴定关键耐药分子，为提高膀胱癌综合治疗疗效提供理论支持； 3. 融合多组学数据和耐药核心分子，构建膀胱癌综合治疗疗效预测模型，精准识别综合治疗耐药人群。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a disease-specific cohort and multi-omics database for comprehensive treatment of bladder cancer (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and antibody-drug conjugate therapy. ; 2. Elucidate the molecular mechanisms of resistance to comprehensive treatment for bladder cancer and identify key resistance molecules to provide theoretical support for improving the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for bladder cancer; 3. Integrate multi-omics data and key resistance molecules to construct a prediction model for the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for bladder cancer and accurately identify patients who are resistant to comprehensive treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 研究者判断患者有可能影响随访和短期生存的其他严重疾病、任何医学原因显示在1年研究期间有显著的死亡风险。 2. 在入组前3年内曾有过任何其他恶性肿瘤者。 3. 无法获得研究所需临床信息 4. 其他研究者认为不适合入组的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who, in the investigator's judgment, have other serious illnesses that may affect follow-up and short-term survival, or who have any medical condition indicating a significant risk of death during the 1-year study period. 2. Patients who have had any other malignant tumor within 3 years prior to enrollment. 3. Patients whose clinical information required for the study is unavailable. 4. Patients who, in the investigator's opinion, are otherwise unsuitable for enrollment.
