研究目的：

采用混合方法研究从护士和患者的角度分别评价基于近场交互技术的病区无感巡视设备的临床应用效果，以及存在的问题，旨在促进无感巡视设备的临床转化和推广，提高分级巡视的依从性，实现分级巡视全流程闭环式管理，为提高护理服务质量和患者的就医体验提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employed a mixed-methods approach to evaluate the clinical application effectiveness and existing issues of the unobtrusive ward rounding device based on near-field interaction technology, from the perspectives of both nurses and patients. The study aims to promote the clinical translation and dissemination of the device, improve compliance with graded nursing rounds, achieve closed-loop management of the entire process, and provide a reference basis for enhancing nursing service quality and the patient experience.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.护理人员: (1) 请病假、事假或缺勤的护理人员；(2) 转科和进修的护理人员；(3) 不参与患者的直接护理。
2.患者: (1) 自身伴有严重疾病; (2) 正在参与其他研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nursing staff: (1) Nurses on sick leave, personal leave, or absent during the study period; (2) Nurses on departmental rotation or undergoing advanced studies; (3) Not involved in direct patient care.
2.Patients: (1) Suffered from severe underlying diseases/comorbidities; (2) Currently participating in other research projects.
