研究目的：

1.探究呼吸道合胞病毒感染对肠道微生物组的影响，揭示感染过程中宿主与微生态的相互作用机制； 2.分析肠道微生物群及代谢产物的关联性，并开展相关动物试验，为疾病的预防和早期诊断提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate the effects of respiratory syncytial virus infection on the gut microbiome, and further reveal the interaction mechanism between host and microbiome during infection; 2.Analyze the correlation between intestinal microbiota and metabolites, and conduct relevant animal experiments to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and early diagnosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.采样前1个月，服用过抗生素、类固醇激素、中草药（包括口服、肌肉注射或静脉注射）或益生菌等。 2.研究对象有免疫缺陷、先天性心脏病、先天性气道和肺部畸形或发育不良、败血症、肿瘤、白血病、腹泻、糖尿病、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病等。 3.接受过化疗、放疗或手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of antibiotics, corticosteroids, traditional Chinese medicine (including oral, intramuscular, or intravenous administration), or probiotics within one month prior to sample collection. 2.Presence of immunodeficiency, congenital heart disease, congenital or developmental abnormalities of the airway or lungs, sepsis, tumors, leukemia, diarrhea, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, or other serious comorbidities. 3.History of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery.
