研究目的：

通过MSM社交平台筛选高危行为突出的MSM作为研究对象，开展随机对照临床试验研究，对实验组基于HIV急性感染诊断模型评估每个个体的HIV急性感染风险，针对每个MSM个体的具体高危行为和感染风险精准推送具有个体化的干预措施和HIV检测信息，前瞻性评估实验组相对传统的HIV健康教育和干预方式促进HIV检测行为及改变HIV相关高危行为的效果。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of HIV risk prediction-based intervention on HIV-related risk behavior among MSM in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）已被确证为HIV感染；
2）不能保证可以完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1) have been diagnosed HIV positive;
2) there is no guarantee that follow-up can be completed.
