研究目的：

通过对产后尿失禁这一人群进行信息化技术的应用，以期为产后尿失禁症状的预防和管理提供新思路。这种干预措施有助于减轻产后尿失禁症状，缓解尿失禁对产后生活的影响，从而提高产后的生活质量，增强其自信心和心理状态。同时可使护理人员可从多维度深入了解产后尿失禁发生、发展的规律，为产后这一人群提供更加个性化、精准的护理措施。  

Objectives of Study：

By applying information technology to this group of postpartum women with urinary incontinence, we aim to provide new ideas for the prevention and management of postpartum urinary incontinence symptoms. This intervention measure can help alleviate the symptoms of postpartum urinary incontinence, reduce the impact of urinary incontinence on postpartum life, thereby improving the quality of life after childbirth and enhancing their self-confidence and psychological state. At the same time, it enables nursing staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence and development patterns of postpartum urinary incontinence from multiple dimensions, providing more personalized and precise nursing measures for this postpartum population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在精神疾病、认知障碍者； 2.合并其他基础性疾病，如糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等； 3.存在孕前尿失禁者； 4.同时参与其他科研项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 2. Those with other underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 3. Those with pre-pregnancy urinary incontinence; 4. Those who are concurrently involved in other research projects.
