研究目的:

本研究通过收集不同遗传性视网膜病的全年龄段患者疾病发展史、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、年龄、OCT特征、VEP、ERG、视野、眼底全景彩照、FAF特征、并发症等,以期探索各指标间相关性及随年龄变化疾病演变规律,更好的监测遗传性视网膜病的进展,为IRD治疗窗口期的选择、疗效阈值的确定、研究终点选择、生物标志物开发、对照选择等提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

By collecting the disease development history, optimal corrected vision (BCVA), age, OCT characteristics, VEP, ERG, field of view, fundus panoramic color photos, FAF characteristics, complications, etc. of patients of all ages with hereditary retinopathy, this study explores the correlation between various indicators and the law of disease evolution with age, better monitors the progress of hereditary retinopathy, and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of IRD treatment window period, the determination of efficacy threshold, research endpoint selection, biomarker development, control selection, etc.
