研究目的：

初步评价低pH插入型化合物（FAPI-Var3）PET显像在脑胶质瘤及胃肠道等实体肿瘤患者诊断、分期及转移监测中的诊断效能，并与68Ga-FAPI PET/CT结果进行对比；并评价低pH插入型化合物探针68Ga-FAPI-Var3在脑胶质瘤及胃肠道等实体肿瘤诊断中的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a preliminary assessment of the diagnostic efficacy of low pH insertion compound (FAPI-Var3) PET imaging in the diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of metastasis in patients with solid tumours such as brain gliomas and gastrointestinal cancers, comparing results with 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT; and to evaluate the safety of the low pH insertion compound probe 68Ga-FAPI-Var3 in the diagnosis of solid tumours including brain gliomas and gastrointestinal cancers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对68Ga-FAPI-Var3或其辅料有过敏史者； 2.酒精过敏者； 3.不能耐受静脉给药方式（如有晕针、晕血史）者； 4.不适合进行或因特殊原因无法完成PET等影像学检查者，包括幽闭恐惧症、放射恐惧症等； 5.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 6.需长期暴露于放射性条件下的从业者； 7.有心、肾、肺、血管、神经、精神系统等严重疾病，免疫缺陷疾病和肝炎/肝硬化； 8.筛选前1个月内曾参加其他干预性临床试验； 9.存在研究者认为不适合参与本项研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of allergy to 68Ga-FAPI-Var3 or its excipients; 2. People allergic to alcohol; 3. Those who cannot tolerate intravenous administration (such as those with a history of fainting at the sight of needles or blood); 4. Those who are not suitable for or unable to complete imaging examinations such as PET due to special reasons, including those with claustrophobia, radiophobia, etc. 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Practitioners who need to be exposed to radioactive conditions for a long time; 7. Suffering from serious diseases of the heart, kidneys, lungs, blood vessels, nerves, mental system, etc., immune deficiency diseases and hepatitis/liver cirrhosis; 8. Have participated in other interventional clinical trials within one month prior to screening; 9. There are other circumstances that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in this study
