本研究以姿势型CMT患儿为目标研究人群。患者需满足下列①②③⑦条或以上： ①婴儿的中立位姿势，对仰卧、俯卧、坐姿和站立姿势的耐受力。 ②双侧颈椎主动旋转和侧屈的角度。 ③双侧颈椎被动旋转和侧屈的角度。 ④躯干和四肢主动和被动运动的角度，包括先天性髋关节发育不良的筛查。 ⑤静止和运动时是否存在疼痛或不适。 ⑥SCM肿块是否存在及局部皮肤的完整性，颈部和臀部皮肤褶皱是否对称性。 ⑦颜面是  

Target disease：

This study targeted children with postural CMT as the research population. Patients must meet at least four of the following criteria: ① the neutral position of the infant, tolerance to supine, prone, sitting and standing positions; ② active rotation and lateral flexion angles of the bilateral cervical vertebrae; ③ passive rotation and lateral flexion angles of the bilateral cervical vertebrae; ④

研究目的：

（1） 探讨三位一体手法+居家康复指导治疗姿势型CMT与传统治疗方案相比的即时效应、长时效应和后效应，明确三位一体手法+居家康复指导治疗姿势型CMT的优势； （2） 明确三位一体手法+居家康复指导治疗姿势型CMT的机制或最佳方案等，提高临床疗效； （3） 评价三位一体手法+居家康复指导治疗姿势型CMT的安全性和对患者日常生活影响的改善程度。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the immediate, long-term and after-effects of the trinity approach combined with home rehabilitation guidance in treating postural CMT compared with traditional treatment plans, and to clarify the advantages of the trinity approach combined with home rehabilitation guidance in treating postural CMT. (2) To clarify the mechanism or the best plan of the trinity approach combined with home rehabilitation guidance in treating postural CMT, and to improve clinical efficacy. (3) To evaluate the safety of the trinity approach combined with home rehabilitation guidance in treating postural CMT and the degree of improvement in patients' daily life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合姿势型CMT 纳入标准者；
2.已经接受其他治疗，可能影响研究效应指标者；
3.对治疗有恐惧，完全不能配合治疗者。
4.患儿已知疾病导致的姿势型CMT，如肿瘤，神经系统疾病，斜视等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria for posture-related CMT;
2.Those who have received other treatments that may affect the study's outcome indicators;
3.Those who are too fearful of the treatment to cooperate at all;
4.Children with known diseases causing posture-related CMT, such as tumors, neurological disorders, strabismus, etc.
