研究目的：

本研究旨在观察简体中文版下肢功能量表（SC-LEFS）在下肢骨折后的患者中的重测信度以及反应度并计算相应MDC以及MCID值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the test-retest reliability and responsiveness of the Simplified Chinese version of the Lower Extremity Functional Scale (SC-LEFS) in patients with lower limb fractures and to calculate the corresponding MDC and MCID values.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法理解和完成问卷；
2.任何原因导致无法接受十二周保守治疗或家庭训练；
3.患者主诉患有严重的心肺疾病或神经系统疾病的合并症(结合电子病历)，导致无法完成在不平坦的地面上跑步和单腿跳跃；
4.骨折腿无法完全独立承重；
5.身体其他部位患有疾病同时影响下肢功能；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable to understand and complete the questionnaire; 2.Any reason that makes it impossible to accept twelve weeks of conservative treatment or home training; 3.The patient's chief complaint is a complication of severe cardiopulmonary disease or neurological disease (combined with the electronic medical record), leading to an inability to complete running on uneven ground and single-leg jumping; 4.A fractured leg cannot bear weight completely independently; 5.Diseases in other parts of the body that affect lower limb function.
