研究目的：

研究脑卒中患者Barthel指数系列量表（改良Barthel指数、扩展Barthel指数、改良扩展Barthel指数等）的最小临床重要差值（MCID）的计算方法和确切结果数值，建立系列量表组合评价脑卒中患者日常生活活动（ADL）的康复疗效的判定标准；进一步分析Barthel量表MCID在量化脑卒中患者康复成本的经济效益（决策成本和边际成本）和影响健康效用（康复意愿与健康状态）决策中的作用，以实现准确判断临床意义和辅助临床决策等科学化工具性的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the calculation method and exact result values of the minimum clinically significant difference (MCID) of the Barthel index series scales (modified Barthel index, extended Barthel index, modified extended Barthel index, etc.) for stroke patients, and establish a combination of series scales to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy of daily living activities (ADL) in stroke patients; Further analyze the role of the Barthel Scale MCID in quantifying the economic benefits (decision costs and marginal costs) of rehabilitation costs for stroke patients and influencing health utility (rehabilitation willingness and health status) decisions, in order to achieve scientific and practical goals such as accurately assessing clinical significance and assisting clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因脑卒中以外其他疾病导致 ADL 能力明显受限； 2.脑卒中类型为蛛网膜下腔出血、短暂性脑缺血发作或可逆性缺血性神经功能缺失； 3.入院 48 h 内出现脑卒中并发症(如脑水肿、脑出血、癫痫等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Significant limitation in ADL ability caused by diseases other than stroke; 2. Stroke types include subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, or reversible ischemic neurological deficit; 3. Stroke complications (such as cerebral edema, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, etc.) occurring within 48 hours of admission.
