研究目的：

1. 主要目的：制定肺癌化疗患者的症状群管理方案并开展干预方案的效果评价； 2. 次要目的：为临床护理人员改善肺癌化疗患者的症状负担提供证据参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary objective: To develop a symptom cluster management program for lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention protocol. 2.Secondary objective: To provide evidence for clinical nurses to reduce the symptom burden of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）近3个月内参与过类似研究； （2）对自身病情不知情； （3）病情危急或身体虚弱，难以配合完成调查； （4）既往有精神疾病史或有认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) participated in similar research within the past 3 months; (2) being unaware of their own condition; (3) in critical condition or weak health, it is difficult to cooperate with the investigation; (4) patients with previous history of mental illness or cognitive impairment.
