研究目的：

基于多模态PET分子探针，开展亨廷顿病患者的临床PET/CT诊断有效性研究工作。通过对亨廷顿病患者和健康志愿者人群进行多模态PET显像，明确多种探针在亨廷顿病患者PET成像中的有效性，可视化研究多模态PET探针在亨廷顿病患者和健康志愿者中的动力学参数，揭示亨廷顿病患者及健康志愿者中核素分布特点、含量与动态变化，为改善亨廷顿病诊断和临床治疗后疗效评估提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical diagnostic efficacy of multimodal PET molecular probes in patients with Huntington’s disease using PET/CT imaging.To assess and compare the performance of multiple PET tracers in distinguishing Huntington’s disease patients from healthy controls.To quantify and visualize the kinetic parameters, distribution patterns, and dynamic changes of radiotracers in both groups.To provide a scientific basis for improving the diagnosis of Huntington’s disease and for assessing therapeutic response in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他神经系统疾病（包括脑外科手术、颅内血肿、中风/脑血管疾病、脱髓鞘疾病、癫痫）的存在或病史可能干扰影像学或PET检查，或异常神经系统检查发现提示中枢神经系统病变；
2.近3月有严重创伤、感染、外伤及手术史；
3.目前正在母乳喂养或打算在研究期间母乳喂养的参与者；
4.存在PET/CT、MR扫描的禁忌条件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence or history of other neurological disorders (including neurosurgery, intracranial hematoma, stroke/cerebrovascular disease, demyelinating disease, epilepsy) may interfere with imaging or PET examinations, or abnormal neurological examination findings may suggest central nervous system lesions;
2. History of severe trauma, infection, injury, and surgery in the past three months;
3. Participants who are currently breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed during the study period;
4. There are contraindications for PET/CT and MR scans.
