研究目的：

改进人工膝关节置换术的手术方法，将精准化间隙平衡系统应用于手术中，对内外侧间隙及屈曲间隙平衡测量，使得间隙平衡调整得到进一步的提升，术后置入的关节假体更符合生物力学的运动轨迹，从而提高手术成功率及假体生存寿命，改善患者生活质量，减低再次手术风险。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the surgical method of artificial knee joint replacement, the precise gap balance system is applied to the operation, and the balance of the inner and outer gaps and the flexion gap is measured, so that the gap balance adjustment is further improved, and the joint prosthesis placed after the operation is more suitable. The trajectory of biomechanics, thereby improving the success rate of surgery and the life expectancy of the prosthesis, improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the risk of reoperation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

基本情况不能耐受手术的患者；患者下肢有其他可能会影响预后功能测量的疾病；患者有影响下肢功能的神经疾病；翻修手术；

Exclusion criteria：

The basic situation can not tolerate patients with surgery; patients with lower limbs have other diseases that may affect the measurement of prognosis; patients have neurological diseases that affect the function of lower limbs; revision surgery;
