研究目的：

通过血栓弹力图相关参数监测围手术期患者术后凝血功能变化，进而为围术期个体化抗凝药物的使用时机和剂量提供理论参考  

Objectives of Study：

Monitoring the changes of postoperative coagulation function in perioperative patients by thrombelastography related parameters, and providing a theoretical reference for the timing and dosage of individualized anticoagulant drugs during perioperative period

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）静脉血栓栓塞、肺栓塞、脑梗塞、冠心病病史；
2）凝血功能紊乱；
3）贫血患者；
4）血栓形成高危患者，包括房颤、心脏起搏器和支架植入术后；
5）围术期未按照我科关节置换手术快速康复治疗规范流程行围术期护理康复；
6）未进行TEG试验者；
7）病例资料不可查或失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients had not undergone TEG evaluation;
2. previous history of DVT or PE;
3. Patients treated with thromboprophylactic agents other than Rivaroxaban (including heparin, enoxaparin, aspirin warfarin, inferior vena cava filters, or any combination of VTE prophylactic drugs);
4. Patients did not treated with tranexamic acid;
5. The patients had thrombocytopenia, diagnosed hemophilia or chronic bleeding problems (eg, peptic ulcer), or decreased liver function;
6. Pre-operative anemia (hemoglobin <110 g/L in females and hemoglobin <12o g/L in males);
7. incomplete medical records.
