研究目的：

检测特殊医学用途配方食品在健康受试者中的血糖生成指数。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of the study is to determine the GI of Food for Special Medical Purpose (FSMP) in healthy subjects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已知使用降糖药物或胰岛素治疗糖尿病及相关病症； 2. 在过去3个月内有过需要住院的重大医疗或手术； 3. 存在已知可能影响血糖代谢的血液系统疾病、严重肝、肾功能异常、甲状腺功能异常（包括甲亢或甲状腺机能低下）、存在肾上腺相关疾病（如库欣综合征等）、存在垂体相关疾病（如泌乳素瘤、生长激素瘤等）、存在多囊卵巢综合征； 4. 存在已知感染性疾病如艾滋病（获得性免疫缺陷综合征）、结核疾病等； 5. 存在已知免疫系统疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮等）； 6. 存在影响营养物质消化和吸收的疾病或服用相关药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of using hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to treat diabetes and related diseases; 2. Major medical treatment or surgery requiring hospitalization in the past 3 months; 3. With known blood system diseases that may affect blood glucose metabolism, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction (including hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism), adrenal related diseases (such as Cushing's syndrome), pituitary related diseases (such as prolactinoma and growth hormone tumor), polycystic ovary syndrome ; 4. With infectious diseases such as AIDS, tuberculosis and so on; 5. With immune system diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus); 6. With diseases affecting the digestion and absorption of nutrients or taking related drugs.
