研究目的：

基于国产算力资源池搭建老年患者围术期一体化快速康复智能辅助平台，集成大模型、先进学习算法，并在区域内的各层级医院开展前瞻性临床验证，最终进行推广和应用示范  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the domestic computing resource pool, an intelligent auxiliary platform for integrated enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in elderly patients during the perioperative period will be built. This platform will integrate large models and advanced learning algorithms, followed by the launch of prospective clinical validation in hospitals at all levels within the region. Eventually, the platform will be promoted and applied as a demonstration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.日间手术患者； 2.患有严重感染性疾病者； 3.恶性肿瘤晚期（预期生存期＜3 个月）患者； 4.有严重精神障碍者； 5.近 3 个月内有重大手术史者； 6.严重肥胖（BMI＞40kg/m^2）者； 7.处于妊娠或哺乳期的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Day - surgery patients; 2.Patients with serious infectious diseases; 3.Patients with advanced malignant tumors (expected survival period < 3 months); 4.Patients with severe mental disorders; 5.Patients with a history of major surgery within the recent 3 months; 6.Patients with severe obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m^2); 7.Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
