Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to develop and validate a machine learning prediction model that integrates clinical characteristics with multi-modal radiomic parameters. The objective is to enable the early identification of patients at high risk for developing shoulder stiffness following surgery for traumatic proximal humeral fractures. This will provide a scientific basis for personalized rehabilitation interventions and facilitate the clinical application of precision rehabilitation management. |

Inclusion criteria |
|||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
a) 病理性骨折或肿瘤相关性骨折; b) 合并严重神经损伤、感染; c) 存在严重认知功能障碍或既往精神疾病史,从而可能影响功能评分结果的可靠性; d) 有MRI检查禁忌症(装有心脏起搏器、患有幽闭恐惧症等) e) 接受保守治疗,未行手术治疗; f) 患者关键数据缺失率超过 30%。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Pathological fracture or tumor-related fracture; 2. Combined with severe nerve injury or infection; 3. Presence of severe cognitive impairment or history of mental illness that may compromise the reliability of functional outcome scores; 4. Presence of any contraindication to MRI (e.g., cardiac pacemaker, claustrophobia); 5. Underwent conservative treatment without surgical intervention; 6. Missing key data with a rate exceeding 30%. |
