纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 并存严重器质性疾病者； 2. 手术不耐受伴严重并发症或死亡者； 3. 语言障碍、认知障碍或精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organic diseases; 2. Patients with surgical intolerance and severe complications or death; 3. Patients with language barriers, cognitive impairments or mental disorders.

本研究采用随机抽样设计。由研究助理利用Excel 2013产生001-220共生成220个随机数字，按生成顺序先后，每个随机数字都赋予相应的序号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopts random sampling design. A total of 220 random numbers from 001 to 220 were generated by the research assistant using Excel 2013. According to the order of generation, each random number was given a corresponding serial number.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2013 建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入，并采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are measured and collected by specially trained data collectors. Excel 2013 was used to establish the database. In order to ensure the accuracy of data entry, all data were entered by two people, and SPSS software was used for data processing.
