研究目的:

本研究基于循证理念和运动康复理论,通过科学设计与严格对照,系统评估循证运动干预对ASD儿童核心症状的改善效果及其潜在机制。本研究的研究目的如下: 1.验证干预效果:探究循证运动干预方案对孤独症儿童核心症状(社交障碍与重复刻板行为)的改善作用,并与小篮球干预方案及常规康复方案进行比较。 2.探索作用机制:通过干预前后采血及核磁共振检测,探讨运动干预改善ASD核心症状的潜在神经与生理机制,为运动干预提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is grounded in evidence-based principles and exercise rehabilitation theory. Through rigorous design and controlled comparisons, it aims to systematically evaluate the effects and underlying mechanisms of evidence-based exercise interventions on the core symptoms of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The specific objectives of this study are as follows: 1.To verify the intervention effects: To examine the efficacy of an evidence-based exercise intervention in improving the core symptoms of ASD (social deficits and repetitive stereotyped behaviors), and to compare its effects with those of a mini-basketball intervention and routine rehabilitation programs. 2.To explore the underlying mechanisms: To investigate the potential neural and physiological mechanisms underlying the effects of exercise interventions on ASD core symptoms by conducting blood sampling and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) assessments before and after the intervention, thereby providing theoretical support for the application of exercise-based therapies in ASD.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.明确的头部创伤史;2.神经系统和精神病障碍疾病;3.短期内服用影响中枢神经系统的药物;4.肢体残疾,无法参与运动干预;5.心脏病、哮喘病等存在不能参与剧烈活动;6.视觉或听觉障碍。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of significant head trauma; 2.Presence of neurological disorders or psychiatric illnesses; 3.Recent use of medications that affect the central nervous system; 4.Physical disabilities that prevent participation in exercise interventions; 5.Cardiovascular disease, asthma, or other conditions that contraindicate vigorous physical activity; 6.Visual or auditory impairments.

循证运动干预方案在内容安排上遵循结构化原则,并按照由简单到复杂的顺序设计。每节课由开始部分、准备部分、基本部分、结束部分组成。干预剂量为:1.每节课持续60min;2.运动强度为中等强度,每节课的平均心率控制在最大心率的60%~69%(最大心率=208 – 0.7 × 年龄);3.干预周期为12周;4.干预频率为1次/天,4天/周(工作日,固定时间、地点、教师)。 循证运动干预由获得教师资格证的体育教育专业研究生开展,授课方式为集体教学。每个班级配备1名主教和1名助教,主教主要职责为统筹课堂秩序、执行干预内容,助教主要职责为辅助主教工作、管理课堂、保证运动干预的顺利开展。为确保教学质量,每个班级的ASD儿童为5~10人,并要求其监护人/照护者共同参与。每节课均进行严格的考勤记录,累计缺课不得超过5次。上课期间随机抽取2名孤独症儿童佩戴Polar心率表进行心率监测以确保达到目标心率。

Intervention:

The evidence-based exercise intervention program follows a structured design principle, progressing from simple to complex tasks. Each session consists of four components: the initial phase, preparatory phase, main exercise phase, and closing phase. The intervention parameters are as follows: 1. Session duration: 60 minutes per session; 2. Exercise intensity: moderate intensity, with the average heart rate maintained at 60%–69% of the participant’s maximum heart rate (maximum heart rate = 208 – 0.7 × age); 3. Intervention period: 12 weeks; 4. Training frequency: once per day, four days per week (on weekdays, at fixed times, locations, and with the same instructor). The evidence-based exercise intervention is conducted by graduate students majoring in physical education who hold a teacher qualification certificate. The intervention is delivered in a group-teaching format. Each class is assigned one lead instructor and one assistant instructor. The lead instructor is primarily responsible for maintaining classroom order and implementing the intervention protocol, while the assistant instructor supports the lead instructor, manages the class, and ensures the smooth execution of the intervention. To ensure teaching quality, each class includes 5 to 10 children with ASD, and their guardians or caregivers are required to participate in the sessions. Attendance is strictly recorded for each session, and participants are not allowed to miss more than five sessions in total. During each class, two randomly selected children wear Polar heart rate monitors to ensure that the target heart rate is achieved throughout the intervention.

小篮球运动干预方案主要分为3个阶段,每节课包含开始、热身、小篮球运动干预、放松4个部分。干预剂量为:1.每节课持续40 min;2.运动强度为中等强度,每节课的平均心率控制在128~148次/min;3.干预周期为12周;4.干预频率为1次/天,5天/周(工作日,固定时间、地点、教师)。 小篮球运动干预由获得教师资格证的体育教育专业研究生开展,授课方式为集体教学。每个班级配备1名主教和1名助教,职责同上。为确保教学质量,每个班级的孤独症儿童人数为5~10人,并鼓励其监护人陪同上课。每节课均进行严格的考勤记录,累计缺课不得超过7次。上课期间随机抽取2名孤独症儿童佩戴Polar心率表进行心率监测以确保达到目标心率。
