研究目的：

评估CAR-T细胞在治疗复发难治T淋巴细胞恶性肿瘤患者中的安全性和人体最大耐受剂量以及疾病的客观缓解率。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and objective response rate (ORR) of CAR-T cells in treating patients with relapsed or refractory T-lymphocyte malignancies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合下述条件中任何一项均不能入组参加本项研究： 1、疾病起病时年龄>35周岁； 2、预计生存期<12周； 3、基因检测存在相应靶点的基因突变或结构变异且无其他合适靶点； 4、骨髓移植后复发患者GVHD严重，需要免疫抑制剂干预； 5、骨髓移植后复发时间<3月，无合适的供体; 6、肌酐>2.5mg/dl；ALT/AST>5倍正常值；总胆红素>2mg/dl; 7、存在无法控制的活动性感染； 8、乙肝、丙肝处于活动期，或HIV感染； 9、治疗后早期失访（<3月）； 10、未签署知情同意书或未经伦理委员会同意； 11、有其它干扰本项研究的系统性疾病存在； 12、研究者认为可以排除的其它指标。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study: 1. Age at disease onset > 35 years; 2. Expected survival period < 12 weeks. 3. Presence of gene mutations or structural variations in the corresponding targets identified by genetic testing, with no other suitable targets available. 4. Post-transplant relapse patients with severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) requiring immunosuppressive intervention. 5. Post-transplant relapse within < 3 months, with no suitable donor available. 6. Serum creatinine > 2.5 mg/dL; ALT/AST > 5× upper limit of normal (ULN); total bilirubin > 2 mg/dL. 7. Presence of uncontrolled active infection. 8. Active hepatitis B or C, or HIV infection. 9. Lost to follow-up within < 3 months after treatment. 10. Failure to provide informed consent or without approval from the Ethics Committee. 11. Presence of other systemic diseases that may interfere with the study. 12. Any other condition deemed by the investigator as grounds for exclusion.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	设计临床试验专用CRF，专人进行纸质记录并录入数据库，保存于研究者处，患者临床病史记录为纸质版，主管医生签字后保存于上海儿童医学中心病案室以备查阅。
