研究目的：

（1）描述孕妇身体活动水平、心理弹性、领悟社会支持、母乳喂养现状； （2）分析孕妇孕晚期身体活动水平与母乳喂养的影响因素； （3）分析产妇孕妇身体活动水平、心理弹性、领悟社会支持、母乳喂养之间的相关性； （4）探讨领悟社会支持和心理弹性在身体活动水平和母乳喂养之间的中介作用，为后续开展干预措施,提升产妇纯母乳喂养率提供新的干预路径。  

Objectives of Study：

( 1 ) Describe the physical activity level, psychological resilience, perceived social support and breast feeding of pregnant women ; ( 2 ) To analyze the influencing factors of maternal physical activity level and breast feeding in late pregnancy. ( 3 ) To analyze the correlation between physical activity level, psychological resilience, perceived social support and breast feeding of pregnant women ; ( 4 ) To explore the mediating role of perceived social support and resilience between physical activity level and breast feeding , and to provide a new intervention path for subsequent intervention measures to improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有体力活动禁忌证(严重心肺功能异常、严重贫血等)；
2.既往有严重精神病史、诊断有重度抑郁需经临床治疗者；
3.妊娠患有高血压、糖尿病等合并症的产妇；
4.有母乳喂养禁忌证(结核病、肝炎、吸毒等)；
5.有先天性母乳不足者等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.physical activity contraindications ( severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe anemia, etc. );
2.patients with a history of severe mental illness and diagnosed with severe depression who need clinical treatment;
3.pregnant women with hypertension, diabetes and other complications;
4.Breastfeeding contraindications ( tuberculosis, hepatitis, drug abuse, etc. );
5.patients with congenital breast milk deficiency;

The Chinese version of the physical activity questionnaire during pregnancy was used for measurement. The questionnaire was compiled and verified by Professor Chasan-Taber in 2004. Chinese scholar Zhang Yan et al.chinesized it in 2013, and used it to investigate the physical activity of pregnant women during pregnancy after cultural debugging. A total of 31 items were used to investigate the physical activity energy consumption of pregnant women in the past week in four intensity and four fields

According to the ' 24-hour review method ' to assess feeding patterns, exclusive breastfeeding refers to feeding breast milk only to infants, in addition to not giving any other food, including water. Exclusive breastfeeding rate = the number of exclusive breastfeeding within 24 hours before evaluation / the total number of studies in this group × 100 %. The rate of exclusive breastfeeding at 3 days after delivery was observed.
