研究目的：

主要⽬的：1. 建⽴基于AI的社区⽼年⼈MCI相关危险因素特征抽取、多源数据标准化处理的分析算法与流程；2. 构建社区⽼年居⺠认知障碍⻛险分级体系，提升筛查效率；3. 了解上海市社区⽼年⼈MCI现况及相关影响因素。 次要⽬的：1. 开发基于筛查的社区MCI临床决策⽀持系统，辅助⾮医学⼯作者完成⻛险评估；2. 验证AI技术在社区MCI数据管理中的准确性与实⽤性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives: 1. Establish AI-based analytical algorithms and processes for extracting MCI-related risk factor characteristics and standardizing multi-source data processing among elderly community members; 2. Develop a cognitive impairment risk stratification system for elderly community residents to enhance screening efficiency;3. Study the current situation of MCI among elderly people in Shanghai communities and related influencing factors. Secondary Objectives: 1. Develop a community MCI clinical decision support system based on screening to assist non-medical workers in completing risk assessments; 2. Validate the accuracy and practicality of AI technology in community MCI data management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 确诊阿尔茨海默病或其他痴呆； 2. 严重心、肝、肾等躯体疾病或精神疾病； 3. 无法配合完成认知评估（如失语、意识障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia; 2. Severe physical or mental illnesses such as heart, liver, or kidney diseases; 3. Inability to cooperate in completing cognitive assessments (e.g., aphasia, impaired consciousness).
