研究目的：

本课题拟通过火龙罐疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激对特发性面神经麻痹的干预，评价火龙罐疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激干预特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效、有效性及安全性，探究相关作用机理，为特发性面神经麻痹的干预提供中西医结合的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy, effectiveness and safety of the intervention of idiopathic facial nerve palsy by combining fire dragon cupping therapy with neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and to explore the related mechanism of action, in order to provide a new method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the intervention of idiopathic facial nerve palsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对艾绒和电极胶贴过敏的患者；2.有出血倾向或出血性疾病患者；3.继发性面神经麻痹患者；4.操作部位皮肤破损、溃疡及其他炎症的患者；5.患有严重器质性疾病、癫痫、精神疾病、意识障碍、面肌痉挛等患者；6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；7.参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to moxa wool and electrode adhesive; 2. Patients with bleeding tendencies or bleeding disorders; 3. Patients with secondary facial nerve palsy; 4. Patients with damaged, ulcerated or inflamed skin at the operation site; 5. Patients with severe organic diseases, epilepsy, mental disorders, consciousness disorders, facial muscle spasms, etc.; 6. Pregnant women or lactating women; 7. Participants in other clinical trials.

由不参与课题的独立第三方采用SPSS27.0软件先将编号1-117转换成随机数字，并将随机数字分为3组，按1:1:1设计，设计分为火龙罐组、神经肌肉电刺激组和联合组，每组39例；将随机数字、组别写在卡片上放入不透明的信封内，在信封上写上对应的编号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

An independent third party not involved in the project used SPSS 27.0 software to convert the numbers 1-117 into random digits. These random digits were then divided into 3 groups in a 1:1:1 ratio, and the groups were designated as the Fire Dragon Cup group, the Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation group, and the Combined group, with 39 cases in each group. The random digits and group designations were written on cards and placed in opaque envelopes. The corresponding numbers were written on the envelopes.
