研究目的：

本研究将夹层病理解剖与新型标记物Cys C和NTBI纳入RRT的危险因素分析，使用机器学习以及传统Logisitc模型建立多种RRT风险评估系统并寻找最优预测系统，进一步丰富ATAAD术后RRT治疗的理论与实践，提高首都临床学科优势和特色。使用便捷且评估准确的ATAAD术后RRT风险的预测模型，将帮助临床一线医师为ATAAD患者在急诊术后制定合理的个体化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study incorporates dissecting pathological anatomy and novel biomarkers (Cys C and NTBI) into the risk factor analysis of RRT. It employs machine learning and traditional Logistic models to establish multiple RRT risk assessment systems and identify the optimal prediction system, thereby further enriching the theory and practice of post-ATAAD RRT treatment and enhancing the advantages and characteristics of clinical disciplines in the capital. A convenient and accurate prediction model for post-ATAAD RRT risk will assist frontline clinicians in formulating reasonable individualized treatment plans for ATAAD patients after emergency surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 临床病历资料或术前CTA检查结果不完整； 2. 术前存在中至大量心包积液或胸腔积液； 3. 肾动脉水平主动脉未受夹层累及； 4. 长期接受肾脏替代治疗的患者； 5. 既往接受过肾移植； 6. 既往有慢性肾功能不全（符合以下任一条标准持续超过3个月： (1) 蛋白尿 >=30 mg/24 h； (2) 白蛋白与肌酐比值 >=3 mmol/mmol； (3) 尿常规异常； (4) 因肾小管损害导致的电解质紊乱； (5) 肾脏病理学异常； (6) 肾脏影像学异常； (7) 肾小球滤过率 <60 ml/min/1.73 m^2）； 7. 孕妇，或患有恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病者； 8. 拒绝入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical medical records or preoperative CTA findings; 2. Moderate to large pericardial or pleural effusion present preoperatively; 3. The aorta at the level of the renal arteries is not involved by the dissection; 4. Patients receiving long-term renal replacement therapy (RRT); 5. History of prior kidney transplantation; 6. Pre-existing chronic kidney disease (meeting any of the following criteria for more than 3 months): (1) Proteinuria >=30 mg/24 h; (2) Albumin-to-creatinine ratio >=3 mmol/mmol; (3) Abnormal urinalysis; (4) Electrolyte disturbances due to tubular damage; (5) Abnormal renal pathology; (6) Abnormal renal imaging; (7) Glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/min/1.73 m^2; 7. Pregnant women, or those with malignancy or hematologic disorders; 8. Patients who refuse to enroll in the study.
