研究目的：

1.通过多模态脑影像技术，从神经解剖、神经功能活动等多个层面，深入研究穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的神经调控机制。 2.建立基于影像特征的有效预测穴位埋线对于单纯性肥胖患者的疗效预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Through multimodal brain imaging technology, the neuroregulatory mechanism of acupoint embedding in the treatment of simple obesity is deeply studied from multiple aspects such as neuroanatomy and neural functional activities. 2. Establish an effective predictive model for the therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding thread on patients with simple obesity based on image features.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有心血管系统疾病以及肝肾功能障碍等基础类疾病的患者； 2.哺乳期以及妊娠期的患者； 3.患有先天型腺功能障碍的患者； 4.患有精神类疾病且无法进行沟通的患者； 5.存在MRI扫描禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with underlying diseases such as cardiovascular system diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction;
2.Patients during lactation and pregnancy;
3.Patients with congenital glandular dysfunction;
4.Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate;
5.Those with contraindications to MRI scans.
