研究目的：

探讨我国ALD患者肝功能变化进程，以及与ALD患者肝功能恶化的相关因素；探讨我国ALD患者心血管事件发生情况，以及ALD患者心血管事件的危险因素；探讨我国ALD患者肝功能恶化及心血管事件发生是否因原发肝脏病病因不同而异。为ALD人群的健康促进提供人群证据和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploration of Liver Function Change Progression in Chinese ALD Patients and Related Factors for Liver Function Deterioration; Investigation of Cardiovascular Event Occurrence in Chinese ALD Patients and Risk Factors for Cardiovascular Events; Analysis of Whether Liver Function Deterioration and Cardiovascular Event Occurrence in Chinese ALD Patients Vary by Different Etiologies of Primary Liver Disease: Providing Population Evidence and Strategies for Health Promotion in the ALD Population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 无法提供知情同意； 2. 无法或不愿完成研究所需要的流程； 3. 正在参与其他干预性临床试验； 4. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 5. 合并其他肝胆类疾病，如自身免疫性肝病、病毒性肝炎等； 6. 合并严重心脑血管疾病、肾功能不全者； 7. HIV感染或艾滋病； 8. 既往2年内因恶性肿瘤接受化疗或烷化剂治疗； 9. 其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable to provide informed consent; 2.Unable or unwilling to complete the procedures required by the study; 3.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Complicated with other hepatobiliary diseases, such as autoimmune liver disease,viral hepatitis, etc; 6.Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or renal insufficiency; 7.HIV - infected or with AIDS; 8. Received chemotherapy or alkylating agent treatment for malignant tumors within the past 2 years. 9. Other cases where the researchers consider the participant unsuitable for the study.
