研究目的:

整合牙颌模型三维扫描、虚拟模型观测、自动化CAD以及中高精度、低成本3D打印等自有口腔数字技术,集成创新,建立一种适宜口腔椅旁应用的无牙颌印模数字辅助技术。临床应用该技术制取无牙颌终印模,三维虚拟定量评价边缘位置、形态适合性、预留终印模材三维空间可控性以及临床应用便利性等;多中心双盲法VAS问卷评价基于该技术制作全口义齿在临床试戴时的边缘调磨量、医生满意度等。建立临床应用流程并促进推广应用,提高首都乃至全国年轻和基层口腔医师制取无牙颌合格印模的水平,助推无牙颌印模技术的进步。  

Objectives of Study:

To establish a digital assisted technique for edentulous jaw impressions applied in chair-side, based on several oral digital techniques which have independent intellectual property rights, such as 3D scanning of dental cast, virtual cast surveying, automated computer-aided design (CAD), and high precision, low cost 3D printing. Edentulous jaw impressions can be made using this digital assisted technique, and then the edge position, shape suitability, controllability of 3D space for final impression, and convenience for clinical application of the impression would be virtually evaluated. The grinding amount of margin for final complete dentures based on this impression technique and the satisfaction of prosthodontists will be evaluated via VAS questionnaire with double-blind method in multi-center. Then the clinical procedures of this technique could be established and popularized, which could improve the level of edentulous jaw impressions for young prosthodontists and improve the technique of edentulous jaw impressions.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

采用种植体支持的覆盖义齿或固定义齿进行修复的无牙颌患者;不具备完全自主行为能力和表达能力,以及不能配合该研究的患者;未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

edentulous patients with implant supported overdenture or fixed denture; no complete autonomous behavioral and expressive ability, and patients who were unable to cooperate with the study; patients who did not sign informed consent.

数据采集:通过专用设计的记录表来记录相关指标,托盘组织面与模型表面之间整体距离的最大值、最小值、平均距离及标准偏差,印模制取操作时间,VAS问卷评分 数据管理:纸质管理,excel表,专用存储电脑存储三维数据

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection: the relevant indicators were collected through a designed record table, the 3D deviation between the tissue surface of custom trays and the surface of plaster model, which were expressed with the maximum, minimum, average distance and standard deviation. The operation time of impressions taking. Visual Analogue Score from dentists and patients. Data management: paper management, excel table, 3D data using a specialized computer.
