研究目的：

比较国产戊酸雌二醇片与进口戊酸雌二醇片在HRT-FET中的有效性、安全性、经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the efficacy, safety and cost-effectiveness of domestic ethinyl estradiol tablets and imported ethinyl estradiol tablets in HRT-FET.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.冷冻卵子或精子来源的胚胎进行FET; 2.胚胎植入前遗传学诊断（preimplantation genetic testing, PGT）周期; 3.合并子宫粘膜下、肌壁间肌瘤，子宫腺肌症，宫腔黏连，子宫畸形，薄型子宫内膜等影响胚胎着床的因素; 4.合并心血管、呼吸系统、消化系统严重慢性疾病，合并糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮等严重内分泌、免疫性疾病； 5.治疗前3个月内参加过其它药物临床试验或器械临床试验，并使用试验药物或使用试验器械者； 6.对戊酸雌二醇过敏者； 7.体质量指数（body mass index, BMI）<18.5（消瘦），>=28者（肥胖）; 8.经研究者判断存在可能影响本研究判断的其他医学状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. FET using embryos derived from frozen eggs or sperm; 2. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) cycles; 3. Factors affecting embryo implantation, such as submucosal or intramural fibroids, adenomyosis, intrauterine adhesions, uterine malformations, or thin endometrium; 4. Severe chronic diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory, or digestive systems, or serious endocrine or autoimmune diseases such as diabetes or systemic lupus erythematosus; 5. Participation in other drug or device clinical trials within the 3 months prior to treatment, and use of investigational drugs or devices; 6. Allergy to estradiol valerate; 7. Body mass index (BMI) <18.5 (underweight) or >=28 (obese); 8. Other medical conditions that the investigator deems may affect the assessment of this study.
