观察上坡跑对大学生慢性踝关节不稳(CAI)患者踝关节稳定性的影响,并将其与功能性踝关节力量训练进行比较,以确定哪种方法能产生更好的康复结果。  

Objectives of Study:

To observe the effect of uphill running on ankle stability in patients with chronic ankle instability (CAI) and to compare it with functional ankle strength training to determine which method yields better rehabilitation outcomes.

排除标准:

1.有下肢手术史、下肢骨折史 2.有神经系统、前庭系统疾病

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of lower limb surgery, 2.lower limb fractures, or neurological or vestibular disorders.

UR participants received treadmill training 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Each session included 20 minutes of treadmill running (Technogym DA48ED model) with a gradient set to ≥9.5%.

FST participants underwent intervention 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Each session included: 3 sets of resisted dorsiflexion with an elastic band, 3 sets of resisted plantarflexion with an elastic band, 3 sets of single-leg standing on a Bosu ball, and 3 sets of lateral lunge steps.
