本研究旨在通过利用国内外数据库资源，借助炎症标志物精准区分危重病患者的高低炎症反应状态，回顾性分析不同炎症层级下营养支持方案（热量、蛋白供给）与患者最终预后的关联性。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to leverage domestic and international databases to precisely stratify critically ill patients based on their inflammatory status using biomarkers. It will retrospectively analyze the association between nutritional support regimens (specifically calorie and protein delivery) and patient outcomes across these different inflammatory strata.

排除标准：

入院前已存在严重营养不良且长期接受特殊营养治疗方案，可能干扰本次研究营养支持与预后关系判断的患者。患有罕见遗传性代谢疾病、风湿类慢性炎症疾病等影响正常营养底物代谢及炎症反应通路，致使研究数据无法反映普遍规律的患者；住院期间资料缺失严重，特别是涉及关键的炎症标志物、营养支持记录或预后信息，无法满足统计分析要求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria comprised: 1) patients with severe pre-admission malnutrition or long-term specialized nutrition therapy, which could confound the relationship between in-hospital nutritional support and outcomes; 2) patients with comorbidities that significantly alter nutrient metabolism or inflammatory pathways (e.g., rare genetic metabolic diseases, chronic rheumatological inflammatory diseases), as their inclusion would prevent the results from reflecting generalizable patterns; and 3) patients with extensive missing data, specifically on key inflammatory markers, nutritional records, or outcomes, rendering them unsuitable for statistical analysis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	采用标准化的数据收集流程，确保数据的完整性和准确性。数据收集人员应经过专业培训，熟悉数据收集的方法和要求；选择适合存储和管理研究数据的数据库系统，如 MySQL、Oracle 等，并建立相应的数据库结构，包括数据表、字段、数据类型等；将收集到的数据按照数据库结构进行录入，确保数据的一致性和准确性。在数据录入过程中，应进行数据核对和验证，及时发现和纠正错误数据；为了提高数据的准确性，可采用双录入的方法，即由两名数据录入人员分别录入相同的数据，然后进行比对和核对，确保数据的一致性；利用电子设备和软件进行数据采集，如电子病历系统、移动终端等，提高数据采集的效率和准确性；对录入的数据进行清洗和整理，去除重复数据、错误数据和异常数据，确保数据的质量。数据清洗过程中，应根据数据的特点和研究目的，制定相应的数据清洗规则和方法；在数据清洗和整理完成后，对数据库进行锁定，防止数据的误修改和删除。数据库锁定后，应进行数据备份，以确保数据的安全性；将锁定后的数据库进行存档，保存到安全可靠的存储介质中，如磁带、光盘、硬盘等，并建立相应的档案管理制度，确保数据的长期保存和可追溯性。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	A standardized data collection process was implemented to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Data collectors received professional training to familiarize themselves with the methods and requirements. An appropriate database system (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) was selected to store and manage research data. A corresponding database structure was established, including data tables, fields, and data types. Collected data were entered according to the database structure to maintain consistency and accuracy. During entry, data verification and validation were performed to promptly identify and correct errors. To enhance accuracy, a double-data entry method was adopted, where two personnel independently entered the same dataset for cross-validation and consistency checks. Electronic devices and software (e.g., EMR systems, mobile terminals) were used for data acquisition to improve efficiency and precision. Data cleaning and preprocessing were conducted to remove duplicates, errors, and outliers, thereby ensuring data quality. Cleaning rules and methods were tailored to data characteristics and research objectives. Upon completion of data cleaning, the database was locked to prevent unintended modifications or deletions. A backup was created to ensure data security. The locked database was archived on secure storage media (e.g., tapes, optical discs, hard drives) with established archival management protocols to guarantee long-term preservation and traceability.
