开展多中心、临床随机对照研究：证实富含直链淀粉的可食用红薯淀粉作为天然生物止血剂在消化道出血患者治疗中的效果，为消化道出血的治疗奠定基础  

Objectives of Study：

Conduct a multicenter, clinical randomized controlled study: Confirm the effect of edible sweet potato starch rich in amylose as a natural biological hemostatic agent in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, laying the foundation for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠妇女；
2.合并消化道静脉曲张或血管瘤；
3.严重贫血及出凝血障碍者（Hb（血红蛋白）<60×10^9 g/L；INR (国际标准化比值)>2；PT(血浆凝血酶原时间)较标准值延长10秒以上；
4.术前明确诊断高血压患者，即收缩压>140mmHg 或（和）舒张压>90mmHg；
5.在手术前3个月或试验期间同时参加其他临床试验者；
6.因心肺功能太差等因素，不能耐受内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Complicated gastrointestinal varices or hemangioma; 3. Severe anemia and coagulation disorders (Hb <60×10^9 g/L; INR (international normalized ratio)>2; PT(prothrombin time) was 10 seconds longer than the standard value; 4. Patients with definite preoperative diagnosis of hypertension, that is, systolic blood pressure >140mmHg or/and diastolic blood pressure >90mmHg; 5. Participants enrolled in other clinical trials 3 months before surgery or during the trial; 6. Unable to tolerate endoscopic submucosal dissection due to poor cardiopulmonary function;

The random grouping results were placed in opaque envelopes, with the enrollment numbers marked on the envelopes. They were kept by designated personnel. Qualified patients opened the corresponding envelopes according to the enrollment numbers to obtain the grouping results. Based on the random grouping results, corresponding hemostasis measures were taken, and follow-up was conducted on hemostasis and related information. Patients and information collectors were not clear about the grouping results.
