研究目的：

1采用OCT-angiography测量中国健康儿童SRSVN、SRCN、DRCN和视盘盘周的血流密度及浅层、深层视网膜层FAZ面积等参数的正常值，为临床的具体应用提供参考。 2评估OCT-angiography测量儿童视网膜血流参数的重复性和一致性；并分析眼轴、脉络膜厚度、年龄、屈光度与各视网膜血流参数的相关性，为临床的进一步应用提供依据。 3研究短期光学离焦对视网膜血流参数的影响，分析短期光学离焦前后视网膜血流、脉络膜厚度、眼轴、眼压等参数改变的相关性，进一步探讨光学离焦对眼后节改变的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. the normal values of OCT-angiography measurement of the blood flow density of Chinese healthy children SRSVNSRCNDRCN and disc circumference and the area of FAZ area in the shallow layer of the retina provide reference for clinical application; 2. evaluate the reproducibility and consistency of retinal blood flow parameters in children by OCT-angiography, and analyze the correlation of ocular axis, choroid thickness, age, diopter with the parameters of retinal blood flow, and provide the basis for further clinical application; 3. study the effect of short-term optical defocus on the parameters of retinal blood flow, analyze the correlation of retinal blood flow, choroid thickness, ocular axis and intraocular pressure before and after short-term optical defocus, and further explore the possible mechanism of optical defocus on the changes of posterior segment of eye.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有眼外伤及手术史者；
2）有眼部器质性病变或系统性疾病者；
3）干眼症患者；
4）正在使用药物（如阿托品眼水）治疗期；
5）配合度差或采集图像质量不合格者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) the history of ocular trauma and surgery;
2) patients with ocular organic lesions or systemic diseases;
3) patients with dry eye disease;
4) the use of drugs (such as atropine eye water) treatment period;
5) poor fitness or poor image quality.
