研究目的:

骨盆髋臼骨折的治疗目前仍面临挑战,普通接骨板匹配性差,无法实现治疗的个性化,成为限制骨盆髋臼骨折微创治疗的最大阻碍,因此迫切需要个体化接骨板来满足临床需要。课题组将设计并使用3D打印技术生产完全贴合的个性化接骨板,以提高骨盆、髋臼骨折复位质量,减少手术时间,结合腹直肌外侧入路可真正实现微创化、个性化、精准化手术。  

Objectives of Study:

At present, the treatment of pelvics and acetabulum fractures is still a challenge. The common plates have become the biggest obstacles to the minimally invasive treatment of pelvics and acetabulum fractures, due to its poor matching and the inability to achieve individualized treatment. Therefore, the customised plates which meet clinical needs is an urgent need. In order to improve the reduction quality, reduce the operation time,and achieve minimally invasive, individualization and precision. The team will design and use the 3D prited customised plates to treat the fractures of the pelvics and acetabulum,combining with the lateral approach of rectus abdominis.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①拒绝签署知情同意书参加试验的患者;②手术侧对侧有移位的髋臼或骨盆骨折;③合并髋臼后壁骨折并需从后方入路完成手术者;④受伤前有下肢畸形、功能障碍者,有同侧腹部手术史者;⑤患者有手术禁忌症:如严重的心肺疾病、凝血功能障碍;⑥随访困难甚至容易失访者;⑦研究者认为不宜参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) patients who refused to sign the informed consent form to participate in the trial;
(2) a displaced acetabular or pelvic fracture on the opposite side of the surgical side;
(3) the posterior wall fracture of the acetabulum with the posterior approach to complete the operation;
(4) the patients with lower limb deformity and dysfunction prior to the injury or with a history of ipsilateral abdominal surgery;
(5) patients with surgical contraindications, such as serious heart disease and coagulation disoder;
(6) difficulties in following up and even easy to lose the visitors;
(7) other cases in which the researchers did not consider it appropriate to participate in the study.
