To investigate the medium-term clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization in the treatment of refractory mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往静脉曲张手术或膝关节手术史； 2.严重心脑血管疾病、凝血功能障碍、恶性肿瘤、妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous varicose vein surgery or knee surgery; 2.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, pregnancy.

The data of this study were collected through the Case Record Form, which contains three parts of the investigator's preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative contents, which are filled in by the investigator in real time during the follow-up of the study subjects, and entered into the electronic database by two independent study coordinators for encrypted storage.
