研究目的：

本研究通过纵向探究老年冠心病患者衰弱与睡眠质量的动态交互机制，解析患者术后1年内衰弱表型与睡眠质量的异质性演变规律，识别典型双轨迹亚组。同时采用交叉滞后分析检验衰弱轨迹与睡眠轨迹间的时序因果关系，明确关键作用方向，并探索两者共同心理社会影响因素。基于纵向研究结果，结合身心交互作用模型，构建老年冠心病衰弱-睡眠质量运动-心理干预方案并进行效果评价，为老年PCI术后患者衰弱—睡眠质量的精准防控提供新健康管理路径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducted a longitudinal investigation into the dynamic interaction mechanism between frailty and sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, analyzed the heterogeneous evolution patterns of frailty phenotypes and sleep quality within one year after surgery, identified typical dual-trajectory subgroups. At the same time, cross-lagged analysis was used to test the temporal causal relationship between frailty trajectories and sleep trajectories, clarify the key direction of action, and explore the common psychosocial influencing factors of both. Based on the longitudinal research results, combined with the interaction model of body and mind, a movement-psychological intervention plan for frailty-sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was constructed and its effectiveness was evaluated, providing a new health management path for the precise prevention and control of frailty and sleep quality in elderly patients after PCI surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重度肾功能不全、癌症、任意疾病急性期或伴有危重疾病的患者；
2.因各种原因无法全程配合及相关研究资料不全患者；
3.生活不能自理者；
4.参与其他研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe renal dysfunction, cancer, acute stage of any disease or those with critical illnesses;
2.Patients who were unable to fully cooperate for various reasons and whose relevant research materials were incomplete;
3.Persons who are unable to take care of themselves in daily life;
4.Participate with other researchers;
