研究目的：

(1)本研究期望搜集 20 年间不同阶段(2005 年、2010 年、2015 年、2020 年)正畸治疗前 处于生长发育高峰前期的青少年病例，其中年龄(骨龄)、性别等相匹配的若干病例组成各 组相互对照，搜集所有病例的头颅定位侧位片，并通过 jarabak 分析法进行头影测量分析， 比较各组病例的颅面颌骨特征及生长发育趋势的预测，并同时对气道相关指标(上气道体积 及舌骨位置)进行测量分析。 (2)本研究期望对比 20 年前后青少年的颅面骨发育特征，以分析 20 年来自然环境及社会 发展的变化是否引起了青少年颅面生长发育特征及趋势的不同。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) This study aims to collect adolescent cases at different stages over a 20-year period (2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) who were in the pre-peak growth phase before orthodontic treatment. Several cases matched in age (bone age), gender, and other factors will be selected to form each group for mutual comparison. Lateral cephalometric radiographs of all cases will be collected and analyzed using the Jarabak method for cephalometric analysis to compare the craniofacial skeletal characteristics and predicted growth trends of each group, while simultaneously measuring and analyzing airway-related indicators (upper airway volume and hyoid bone position). (2) This study also aims to compare the craniofacial skeletal development characteristics of adolescents from 20 years ago to the present, in order to analyze whether changes in the natural environment and social development over 20 years have caused differences in the craniofacial growth and development characteristics and trends of adolescents.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有正畸治疗史；
2.有影响颅颌面生长发育的遗传性或系统性疾病、TMJ 疾病、无先天性唇腭裂及后 天颅颌面部外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of orthodontic treatment.
2.Presence of any condition affecting craniofacial development, including: Genetic or systemic disorders Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) diseases Congenital cleft lip/palate Acquired craniofacial trauma;
