研究目的：

本研究拟探索采用本中心自主研发及优化后的卵裂期胚胎筛选模型能否获得与依靠传统形态学胚胎评估方法相同的妊娠效率，为动态观测技术的进一步临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore whether the self-developed and optimized embryo screening model can obtain the same pregnancy efficiency as the traditional morphological embryo evaluation method, and provide the basis for the further clinical application of dynamic observation technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、反复流产史：自然流产3次以上；
2、双侧或单侧输卵管积水（B超检查并未做结扎处理）；
3、子宫畸形（单角子宫、纵膈子宫、重复子宫、双角子宫，其中浅纵膈除外）、子宫腺肌瘤压迫内膜、子宫浆膜下肌瘤≥5cm、多发子宫肌瘤，子宫肌壁间肌瘤>3cm，粘膜下肌瘤、宫腔粘连、内膜炎未治愈；
4、需要行PGD、PGS者；
5、卵母细胞存在明显异常者（如透明带异常）
6、促排卵期间发生OHSS患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women have history of recurrent abortion: spontaneous abortion more than 3 times;
2. Women have bilateral or unilateral hydrosalpinx (B ultrasonic examination did not do ligation treatment);
3. Women have diagnosed with uterine malformation (Monogonium, mediastinal uterus, duplicated uterus, biglet uterus, except shallow mediastinum), adenomyoma of uterus compressed endometrium, subserous myoma ≥ 5 cm, multiple uterine myoma, myoma of myometrium muscularis > 3 cm, submucous myoma, submucous myoma, Intrauterine adhesions and endocarditis are not cured;
4. Women who are to undergo preimplantation genetic diagnosis/preimplantation genetic screening;
5. Women whose oocytes with obvious abnormalities (e.g., zona pellucida anomaly);
6. Male or female chromosome abnormality;
7. Patients with OHSS during ovulation promotion.
