研究目的：

本研究通过16S rDNA高通量测序技术，对上颌快速扩弓前后口呼吸儿童及健康儿童鼻腔微生物菌群变化情况进行调查,通过分析儿童鼻腔微生物的物种多样性、物种组成、物种差异，探讨RME对口呼吸儿童鼻腔菌群微生态的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate changes in the nasal microbiota of children with oral breathing before and after RME treatment compared to healthy children using 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology. By analyzing species diversity, composition, and interspecies differences in the nasal microbiota, we sought to explore the impact of RME on the nasal microbial ecology of children with oral breathing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.过去 1 个月内使用抗生素、益生菌或鼻喷药物者。
2.既往行腺样体或扁桃体切除术、鼻腔或鼻咽部手术者。
3.既往接受持续气道正压通气（CPAP）、口腔矫治器、快速扩弓等正畸或上气道相关治疗者。
4.合并颅颌面综合征、严重全身性慢性疾病者。
5.完全性鼻腔阻塞、鼻中隔穿孔，或已知急性口腔/鼻腔/鼻窦/咽部感染者。
6.无法配合检查或未获得监护人有效知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or nasal sprays within the past month.
2.History of adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, or other nasal/nasopharyngeal surgery.
3.Previous orthodontic or airway interventions, including rapid maxillary expansion, oral appliances, or continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP).
4.Craniofacial syndromes or severe chronic systemic diseases.
5.Complete nasal obstruction, nasal septal perforation, or any known acute infection of the nasal cavity, oral cavity, sinuses, or pharynx.
6.Inability to cooperate with examination or absence of valid informed consent.
