研究目的：

1.评价基于LED地砖屏的康复训练模式对脑性瘫痪儿童康复训练模式的可行性； 2.验证基于LED地砖屏的康复训练模式对脑性瘫痪儿童认知功能的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the feasibility of a rehabilitation training model utilizing LED floor tiles for children with cerebral palsy. 2.To examine the efficacy of a rehabilitation training model utilizing LED floor tiles on the cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近2个月内有癫痫发作； 2.严重肢体活动障碍经康复医生评估不能参与地砖屏康复； 3.无法配合完成训练任务； 4.肢体肌力小于4级。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of epileptic seizures within the past two months. 2. Severe physical disabilities assessed by a rehabilitation physician as precluding participation in the floor tile-based rehabilitation training. 3. Inability to cooperate and complete the training tasks. 4. Limb muscle strength graded below level;

为保证试验组和对照组人数平衡，本试验采用区组随机化。 1.设定区组大小，每 4 人为一个区组，分配比例为 1:1。 2.在每个区组内用 Excel 表生成随机分配序列 3.将生成的随机序列密封在信封中，研究者只有在受试者入组后，才能拆开对应编号的信封查看组别。 4.按受试者入组顺序依次填充区组，直至样本量完成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

To ensure balance in the number of participants between the treatment and control groups, this trial employs block randomization. 1. Set the block size to 4 participants per block, with a 1:1 allocation ratio. 2. Generate a random allocation sequence within each block using an Excel spreadsheet. 3. Seal the generated random sequences in sealed envelopes; investigators may open only the envelope corresponding to a participant’s enrollment number after the participant has been enrolled. 4. Fill blocks sequentially according to the order of participant enrollment until the target sample size is reached.

本试验无法对研究者和受试者设盲，仅能对统计人员和结局评估者设盲，采用的是评估者盲法，即对测试主要结局指标（患儿韦氏智力测试）和次要结局指标（患儿综合功能评分）的人员设盲

Blinding：

This trial cannot blind the investigators or participants, but can blind the statisticians and outcome assessors. A single-blind design for outcome assessors is employed, meaning that the personnel evaluating the primary outcome (Wechsler Intelligence Test in children) and secondary outcomes (comprehensive functional scores in children) are blinded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

资料收集者是未参与干预活动的人员，目的是保证研究数据的客观性和真实性，降低信息偏倚。问卷的收集形式主要是现场发放，现场实时收回。资料收集者核对问卷调查表是否有遗漏、错误，及时与儿童及主要照顾者进行交流沟通，保障问卷资料的完整性，收回问卷由独立电脑保存，不得泄露个人信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was performed by personnel not involved in the intervention activities to ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the research data and to minimize information bias. The questionnaires were primarily distributed and collected on-site in real-time. The data collectors checked each questionnaire for omissions or errors and communicated promptly with the children and their primary caregivers to ensure the completeness of the data. The completed questionnaires were stored on a standalone computer, with all personal information kept strictly confidential.
